Saint Thomas the Apostle School is an Archdiocese of Newark parish elementary school of 320 students from pre-kindergarten through grade 8, located in Bloomfield, New Jersey.

Our cornerstone is the traditional, timeless, and supportive blend of family and Catholic ideals. We thrive upon a family and school partnership. Our faculty relies on the family as the primary educator, an educator with a daily and cooperative role. MISSION STATEMENT

Saint Thomas the Apostle School, a parish school including Grades Pre-K through 8th, under the sponsorship of the Archdiocese of Newark, is committed to the Roman Catholic tradition of education. We integrate Christian and family values with a challenging academic curriculum based on the core standards set by the Archdiocese of Newark. We emphasize respect for God, respect for self, and respect for others, as well as positive character development and scholastic achievement to guide our students in their growth and development as future leaders of the Catholic Church and the wider community.

PHILOSOPHY

The administration, clergy, faculty, staff, and families of Saint Thomas the Apostle School believe:
